A client-centric approachIn computing, the power of a solution is not enough on its own. While the focus is optimization and automation, users’ ability to benefit from a tool is still essential. Since training comes at the tail-end of a project and influences usage dynamics, we provide our customers with trainers who understand their business sector and their processes.
Hands-on training sessionsA management tool change, no matter how easy it is to use, involves the adoption new working methods. In our opinion, situational exercises are the best learning approach to ensure user participation and understanding of the tool. By designing our training sessions based on realistic and personalized situations, our trainers provide a user-friendly experience based on practice and interaction.
TRAINING THAT FOSTERS KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER AND AUTONOMY
As part of a project, pilot users are identified and test the solution during the various stages of implementation. Advanced users support trainers during training to encourage participation and facilitate change management. In order to simplify learning, we break down training by topic according to the roles of the different users.
Once the user training is complete, we lead the pilots to bring the project to life internally. Having become genuine solution consultants within the teams, a second, more advanced training will allow them to be autonomous enough to carry out analysis, operate the tool and answer questions from other users.

A user manualTo foster the learning and autonomy of our users, we provide them with a guide that includes all the standard features of the application. Acting as real support for new employees, it can be accompanied by specific training on precise topics to ensure optimal use of Eudonet.
Customer support availableActing as a Eudonet reference to users, the administrator centralizes the requests and tracks them with Eudonet customer support . With a focus on knowledge transfer, our team supports administrators in their mission by increasing their competence with each request.
